Various cheats
     To enable cheats in Call of Duty you must edit the target line of
the shortcut. Add the following at the end of the line:

+set monkeytoy 0 +set sv_cheats 1

     Now during gameplay press ~ to bring up the console and enter the
following codes:

Cheat code:             Effect:
give                    Gives the listed
give health             Gives full health
god                     Enables God mode
notarget                The enemies won't shoot you
noclip                  Walk through walls

     Note:  If  you  get  the  message "sv_cheats are read only" after
entering  a  cheat,  then  try typing "setrandom sv_cheats 1" into the
console.
