Enable All Bonuses:
     Pause  the  game  then  press Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right,
Square, R2

Max Health and Weapons:

Unlock Meat Club:
     First  enable  1  handed  class  weapons. Then pause the game and
press Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Left

Unlock Minotaur:
     First enable 1 handed class weapons. The pause the game and press
Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Right, Right
